** Shares of Australia's PYC Therapeutics  PYC.AX  rise as
much as 11.5% to A$0.068, set to gain most since March 9, if
trend holds 
    ** The clinical-stage biotech co says it received
Institutional Review Board approval to start first clinical
study for treatment of Retinitis Pigmentosa type 11
    ** PYC will now launch the process to enrol patients in the
study and anticipates first patient dosing prior to the end of
May 2023
    ** Stock hits highest since April 12
    ** Stock down 11.6% this year, as of last close
