** Co posts Q2 loss of 40 cents per share, wider than analysts' average estimate of 35 cents per share, according to LSEG data
** Reports no milestone revenue for the quarter, compared with $2.8 million a year earlier
** Says general and administrative expenses rose to $9.9 million from $5.4 million, mainly due to higher severance costs and stock-based compensation
** As of last close, PYXS up 176.5% YTD
