APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIR

 

Further to the announcement on 24 November 2022, PZ Cussons plc ("PZ Cussons")
announces that David Tyler has succeeded Caroline Silver as Non-Executive
Chair of the Board with effect from 23 March 2023. Caroline retires from the
Board having served as Chair for six years and as a Board Director since April
2014. David will also chair the Nomination Committee.

 

 

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed in respect of
Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
