BOARD CHANGE

 

 

Further to the announcement on 29 September 2025, PZ Cussons plc ("the
Company") confirms that Sarah Pollard will step down from the Board of the
Company on 13 February 2026 and will remain with the business until 20 March
2026 to facilitate an orderly handover.
