Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

PZ Cussons plc (the 'Company' or 'Group') announces that the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2024 ('2024 Annual Report and Accounts'),
Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 ('Notice of AGM') and Form of Proxy are
being posted shortly to shareholders.

 

Copies of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are
available on the Company's website www.pzcussons.com

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 and DTR 6.3.5R (1A), copies of the
2024 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM have been submitted in
unedited full text  (and for the 2024 Annual Report, structured electronic
format) to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection

The Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 3500 Aviator
