UKRAINE RECOVERY CONFERENCE
Ukraine has downgraded its representation at a key recovery forum in Poland by sending Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko instead of President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in an effort to insulate the conference from a simmering diplomatic row.

DRONES FROM TAIWAN
Taiwan wants to increase drone production abroad, and Poland is to be a priority destination for this expansion, said Tony S.C. Hsu, head of the Taiwan Defense Industry Development Association, as quoted by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily.

FLOATING LNG TERMINAL
Poland will add a second regasification vessel at the floating liquefied natural gas terminal it is building in Gdansk amid ample interest from shippers, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Tuesday.

DATA
On Wednesday, the statistical office will release data on Poland's unemployment rate for May. Analysts polled by Reuters expect the unemployment rate to have fallen to 5.9% last month from 6.0% in April.

The CEO of PZU PZU.WA, the largest insurance company in the region, said that the company does not intend to change its dividend policy and that it is taking an opportunistic approach to potential foreign acquisitions, Parkiet daily reported.

SUBMARINES FOR THE POLISH ARMY
On Monday, Poland will sign an agreement to purchase three A26 submarines from Sweden for several billion złoty. Negotiations regarding Polish-Swedish industrial cooperation are also underway, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
