** QTTB shares closed up 22% at $7.09 on Tues, up ~114% YTD
** Private placement financing led by BVF Partners, with participation from RA Capital Management, OrbiMed, and Atlas Venture, co says
** Morgan Stanley acted as lead placement agent along with Oppenheimer
