Buyout firm EQT to acquire Qiagen for $10.8 billion Oct 21 (Reuters) - Molecular testing company Qiagen QIA.DE said on Wednesday it had agreed to be acquired by Swedish buyout firm EQT EQTAB.ST for about €9.6 billion ($10.78 billion).
