Availability of Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and Notice of 2023 Annual
General Meeting

QinetiQ Group plc (the 'Company') has today published the following documents:

·   QinetiQ 2023 Annual Report and Accounts;

·   Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting; and

·   Form of Proxy

The documents are available to view or download from the Company's website at

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above documents have been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for

The QinetiQ 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on Thursday
