2 October 2024 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the UK Listing

Non-Executive Director has, with effect from 1 October 2024, been appointed as
the Lead Independent Director of Reece Limited, a Company registered in
Australia and Listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
