Non-Executive Directorate Change
11 June 2025 - QinetiQ Group plc ("QinetiQ" or the "Group") today announces
that Ross McEwan, who has been a Non-executive Director since March 2024, will
not stand for re-election at the Group's upcoming AGM and will resign from the
Board with effect from 17 July 2025.
Commenting on today's announcement, Ross McEwan said:
"I have enjoyed my time working with QinetiQ and have a deep respect for its
people and the critical role they play serving the national security interests
of their customers. Regretfully, I need to step down in order to devote more
time and attention to my role as Chair of BHP Group Limited."
Neil Johnson, Group Chair of QinetiQ, said:
"I would like to thank Ross for his invaluable contribution to QinetiQ's Board
and his support to the Group over the past year. I understand Ross' decision
to stand down and am grateful for his offer to be available on an informal
basis, as his time allows, to provide the benefit of his experience in the
Asia-Pacific region, to myself and the Group CEO. His insights and advice
will be missed by the Board, but we greatly appreciate his continuing interest
in the Group and we wish him well for his future endeavours."
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.6R. No other
information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.8R.
S430(2B) Companies Act 2006:
Ross McEwan has not and will not receive any loss of office payments, nor will
he be paid any further remuneration for his service as a Director of QinetiQ,
other than fees due for his services up to the date of his retirement from the
Board.
