** Shares of chipmaker Qorvo QRVO.O fall 8.7% to $75.58 after the bell

** QRVO sees Q4 revenue of about $800 mln, plus or minus $25 mln, vs est. of $904.6 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Expects quarterly adj. EPS of $1.20, plus or minus 15 cents, vs est. of $1.37 apiece

** Qorvo reports Q3 revenue of $993 mln, beating an est. of $987.7 mln

** Posts adj. earnings of $2.17 per share for Q3, also ahead of est. of $1.85 per share

** QRVO rose over 20% in 2025
