** Apple AAPL.O suppliers Skyworks Solutions SWKS.O and Qorvo to merge in cash-and-stock deal that values the combined company at about $22 billion

** Qorvo shareholders will receive $32.50 in cash and 0.960 of a Skyworks share for each share held

** QRVO poised to open at highest level in nearly a year if gains hold

** SKWS shares are down 0.8% at $75.25 premarket

** Six of 27 brokerages rate QRVO "buy" or higher, 17 "hold" and four "sell" or lower; their median PT is $95 - LSEG data

** Up to Monday's close, stock had risen 31.8% YTD, compared with a 22.4% increase in the Nasdaq index .IXIC
