** U.S.-listed shares of Israel-based medical device maker
Inspira Technologies Oxy B.H.N Ltd  IINN.O  rise 4.8% to $1.2 
    ** Co signs an exclusive distribution agreement with
Innovimed for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia
    ** Innovimed has committed to purchase a minimum order of
1,364 HYLA blood sensor, IINN's medical device for continuous
blood monitoring and 128,511 disposable units 
    ** IINN in July reported development of new blood monitor 
    ** Including session's gain, stock is down ~71% YTD
