Quadrise Plc (AIM: QED), the supplier of innovative energy solutions for a
cleaner planet, will be hosting a meeting for investors presented by Chief
Executive Officer, Jason Miles and Andy Morrison, Chairman, regarding the Open
Offer announced on 7 July 2023.

The presentation, hosted on Investor Meet Company, will take place at 11:00am
on Wednesday, 12 July. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor
