(the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group" or "Quadrise")

 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Quadrise announces that, on 28 July 2023, Andy Morrison, Non-executive
Chairman, sold 2,400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.175 pence per Ordinary Share and subsequently
repurchased 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares at 1.176 pence per Ordinary Share to be
held in an ISA.

 

Following the transactions, Mr Morrison's beneficial holding remains 3,100,000
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market
