Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

 

Quadrise plc (AIM: QED), the technology company focused on the decarbonisation
of shipping and heavy industry through deployment of low emission fuels and
biofuels, announces that it has been notified, in accordance with the
intentions set out in the Company's  announcement of 4 July 2025, that Jason
Miles, Chief Technology Officer of the Company, and Philip Hill, Chief
Commercial Officer, sold an aggregate of 3,471,325 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between them at a weighted average
price of 3.78 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 July 2025.

 

The notifications below, made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse
Regulation, provide further details.

 

Further announcement(s) in respect of the announced intended share sales to
meet, inter alia, share option exercise costs and associated tax liabilities
