Posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

 

Quadrise (AIM:QED), the technology company focused on the decarbonisation of
shipping and heavy industry through deployment of low emission fuels and
biofuels, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 together with a Notice of Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy to shareholders that have elected to
receive documentation in hard copy format. The documents will be available
from the Company's website at www.quadrise.com (http://www.quadrise.com)
shortly.

 

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday 28 November 2025 at 12.00 noon at
Eventspace at Salisbury House, 114 London Wall, London, EC2M 5QD.

 

Following the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will give an investor
presentation that will also be available via the Investor Meet Company ('IMC')
platform. Shareholders can sign up to the Investor Meet Company platform via

Investors who have already registered will be invited automatically. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via email at ir@quadrise.com

investor presentation, the Company will invite questions from those attending
in person and will also seek to answer as many of the pre-submitted questions
as possible during a live Q&A session. Investor feedback can also be
