Delisting of Quintain ordinary shares
Further to the announcements released by Quintain on 25 September 2015 and 23 October 2015, Quintain announces that the listing of Quintain's ordinary shares of 25 pence each (Quintain Shares) on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority was cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) this morning. Quintain Shares ceased to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities with effect from the same time.
