 * Says subscription price of HK$3.88 per subscription share 
 * Company entered into the subscription agreement with each of the subscribers 
 * Says subscription for an aggregate consideration of HK$157.1 million 
 * Net proceeds from issue of the subscription shares are estimated to be 
approximately HK$153.2 million
