** Shares of cybersecurity company Qualys  QLYS.O  rise
25.5% to $160.94 after the bell
    ** QLYS is exploring options, including potential sale,
after receiving takeover interest, Bloomberg news reported,
citing people familiar with the matter
    ** On Tuesday, the company forecast FY 2024 revenue between
$602.9 mln and $605.9 mln vs previous range of $597.5 mln to
$601.5 mln
    ** QLYS stock down 24.3% YTD
