** Shares of data-management firm Quantum Corp  QMCO.O  rise
4.4% to $1.80 premarket
    ** Pacific Investment Management Co (PIMCO), an investor in
QMCO, raises stake and nominates executive Chris Neumeyer to be
elected to the board of directors
    ** PIMCO said on Friday, it owns 15.36% stake in QMCO, up
from 9.5% in March (https://bit.ly/3R1DdC3)
    ** QMCO to host shareholder meeting on Tuesday
    ** Stock, which ended 4.4% lower on Friday, is down 68.5%
