2022 of about $93 mln vs initial forecast of about $92 mln 
    ** Says intends to reduce its outstanding term debt by $20
mln
    ** Co says it will commence a rights offering to raise about
$67.5 mln
    ** Up to Monday's close, QMCO shares had lost ~60% YTD
