The Board wishes to clarify certain statements made in today's Interim Results announcement (issued at 7am) regarding the "investigations into directors, members of the internal audit committees and advisers who provided valuations prior to the investments in certain portfolio companies". 
 
The Board states that these investigations do not include any current or former directors of Clear Leisure plc.
