Clear Leisure advises its shareholders that due to the ongoing audit, it will
announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2013 and its interim
results for the six months ended 30 June 2014, on Monday, 15 December 2014. The
Directors are not aware of any issues, which would cause a further delay on
submission of the above accounts.
