             Directorate Change and Appointment of Finance Manager             

The Board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP), announces the resignation of Nilesh
Jagatia as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with immediate effect, due
to other work commitments.

The board would like to thank Nilesh for his invaluable help over the past
three years and we wish him well with his other business activities.

The Board has appointed Haines Watts, a top 15 UK accounting firm, effective
from 1 September, to act as Finance Managers.
