Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Clear Leisure announces that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP has resigned with
immediate effect as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed
within one month, the admission of the Company's AIM securities will be
cancelled.

Result of AGM

Clear Leisure plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier
today all resolutions were duly passed.

The share capital reorganisation proposed has become effective, consequently
the nominal value of the Company's ordinary shares has reduced from 2.5p to
0.25p.

Total Voting Rights

The total number of voting rights in Clear Leisure is 199,409,377.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Clear Leisure, under the
Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
