Result of Appeal against the Result of Mediapolis Land Auctions

The Board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP) notifies shareholders that, with
reference to the legal appeal against the result of Mediapolis’ land auction
and the decision of the auctioneer to reject the Company’s request of
assignment, the Judge of the Ivrea Court ruled against the Company’s appeal.

Clear Leisure, however, has 15 days to challenge this decision again by filing
a further appeal, and will consult with its Italian legal advisers to decide
the best course of action.
