Update on Mediapolis Land Auction Appeal

The Board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP) wishes to announce that at the first
hearing of the appeal against the decision of the auctioneer to reject the
Company’s request to have the Mediapolis land assigned to the Company, the
Judge of the Ivrea Court confirmed that he will rule on the matter within the
next 10 business days.

The Company will issue further updates in due course, but understands that
these decisions can sometimes be delayed.
