Director/PDMR Shareholding

Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle
tracking systems, analytical software and services announces that it has been
notified today that Paul Boughton, Chairman of Quartix and a PDMR of the
Company, for personal reasons, sold a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at an average price of 237.96
pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, Mr Boughton is now interested in
28,889 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.06 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.
