PDMR Shareholding

Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle
tracking systems, software and services, has been notified today that Georgina
Middleton, a person closely associated ("PCA") to Glen Middleton, a PDMR of
the Company sold a total of 4,016 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 274.00 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, the
combined shareholding of Glen Middleton and his wife, Georgina Middleton, in
the Company is 52,294 Ordinary Shares.
