Notice of Results

 

Quartix Technologies plc provides the following update in relation to the its
Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025
("2025 Annual Report").

On 23 February 2026, the Company released a statement confirming that the
release date of the 2025 Annual Report was expected to be Monday 23 March
2026. However, the Company's Auditor PKF Littlejohn LLP  ("PKF") has now
requested additional time to finalise the audit process, primarily the
completion of the audit of current taxation in both the UK and French tax
jurisdictions following the change in accounting policy announced on 11
February 2026. The Directors have been advised by PKF that the audit is
substantially complete and that there are no material audit issues causing
this delay.

The Company will continue to work closely with PKF and now expects to release
the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Wednesday 25 March
2026.
