outstanding shares of Pinot Trading Ltd 
    * Cameo Resources Corp - at this time, parties continue to 
negotiate material terms of transaction 
    * Cameo Resources Corp -  business combination to constitute 
change of business,arm's length transaction pursuant to policies 
of TSX venture exchange 
    * Cameo Resources Corp - management does not expect that 
proposed transaction will require shareholder approval of 
company 
    * Cameo Resources Corp - management anticipates that 
proposed transaction will be subject to sponsorship requirements 
of exchange
