** Shares of lab operator Quest Diagnostics DGX.N rise 3.1% to $171.54 premarket

** Co raises its 2025 adj EPS forecast to between $9.63 and $9.83 versus its previous range of $9.55 to $9.80

** DGX also now sees its annual revenue in the range of $10.80 billion to $10.92 billion, above its prior view of between $10.70 billion and $10.85 billion

** Co's Q2 adj EPS of $2.62 beats Wall Street estimates of $2.57 - LSEG data

** Up to last close, stock had risen 10.3% YTD
