** Shares of IT security solutions company Quick Heal
Technologies  QUIC.NS  jump as much as 20% to 200 rupees, their
highest since April 13
   ** QUIC on Friday said its board would consider a share
buyback proposal on July 21 (https://bityl.co/DIYO)
   ** About 1.8 mln shares change hands, 55.1x 30-day average of
32,155
   ** QUIC shares down 20.31% YTD
