** Shares of semiconductor maker  QUIK.O  jump 10.1% to
$5.90 premarket; stock is set to snap three straight sessions of
losses and log its best session in five weeks 
    ** Says two of QUIK's long-time investors bought about 1 mln
shares, or 1.7% of outstanding shares, raising gross proceeds of

    ** Expects Q3 revenue to be between $3.8 mln and $3.9 mln vs
earlier expectation of $3.8 mln
    ** QUIK up 41% YTD as of last close, on course for its first
