In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9, the Company notes that Chris Samuel,
Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an Independent
Non-executive Director of Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC with effect
from 1 January 2025. It is expected that Chris Samuel will be appointed as
Chair of Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC following their 2025 Annual
General Meeting.
