("QUIZ" or the "Group")

AIM Rule 17 Update

QUIZ, the omni-channel fashion brand, announces the following information
relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies.

Peter Cowgill was a director of:

·      JD Sports plc from which Peter resigned from the board on 25 May
2022. Subsidiaries Peter was a director of included:

o  UC Clothing Limited, which entered creditors voluntary liquidation on 6
August 2020. The process remains ongoing. Third party creditor claims outside
of JD Sports group companies are under £100k;

o  Blue Retail Limited, a dormant company, which entered creditors voluntary
liquidation on 22 July 2021. The process  remains ongoing;

o  GOL Realisations Limited which entered administration on 23 June 2020 and
which concluded on 3 January 2023. There was a shortfall to JD Sports plc of
c.£1.9m; and

o  Prevu Studio Limited, from which Peter resigned from the board on 28
September 2022. Prevu Studio Limited was sold to Sdi (Retail Co 14) Limited on
16 December 2022 and entered into administration on 16 March 2023.

·      BetterBathrooms (UK) Limited, from which Peter resigned as
non-executive director on 27 November 2018, and which entered administration
on 1 March 2019 and concluded on 8 March 2021. There was a shortfall of over
£8.4 million to secured creditors and of over £9 million to unsecured
creditors.

Peter Cowgill was also a limited partner of:

·      Film Development Partnership II LLP which entered compulsory
liquidation on 7 May 2021 following commencement of winding up on 15 December
2021; and

·      DI LLP which entered compulsory liquidation on 7 May 2021
commencement of winding up on 15 December 2021.
