Notice of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Annual Report

 

 

Directorate Change

QUIZ, the omni-channel fast fashion brand, announces that Non-Executive
Director, Charlotte O'Sullivan, further to relocating overseas, intends to
step down from the Board of directors ("the Board") on 30 November 2023. Given
this Charlotte will not be proposed for re-election as a director at the
Group's Annual General Meeting due to be held on 20 September 2023 and, in
accordance with QUIZ's Articles of Association, will continue in office until
30 November 2023.

 

The Board would like to put on record its thanks for the significant
contribution that Charlotte has made to the Group since her appointment in
July 2017.

 

The Board is currently undertaking a search process to identify a suitable
replacement for Charlotte and will make a further announcement in due course.

 

Notice of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Annual Report

QUIZ confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 61 Hydepark
Street, Glasgow, G3 8BW on Wednesday, 20 September 2023 at 10:00am.

 

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2023,
the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have now
been posted to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's
website at www.quizgroup.co.uk (http://www.quizgroup.co.uk/)  or by request
from the details below.
