Notice of Interim Results

 

QUIZ, the omni-channel fashion brand, announces that its unaudited interim
results for the first six months ended 30 September 2020 ("Interim Results")
of the current year ending 31 March 2021 will be released by the end of
January 2021.

 

Further to the guidance provided by the London Stock Exchange in "Inside AIM"
on 9 June 2020, the Company will extend the reporting deadline by one month,
planning to release its Interim Results by 31 January 2021, which would
otherwise be required by 31 December 2020.

 

QUIZ will continue to provide trading and operational updates to the market as
appropriate.
