QUIZ, the omni-channel fashion brand, announces the results of the resolutions
passed on a poll at the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 17
October 2024:

Resolutions 1 to 9 required a minimum of 50% of votes cast to be in favour of
the Resolution for it to be passed. Further to the votes noted above these
resolutions were approved.

Resolution 10 required a minimum of 75% of votes cast to be in favour of the
Resolution for it to be passed. Further to the vote noted above this
resolution was not approved. The Board will consult with our shareholders to
understand and seek to address any concerns they may have in respect of this
Resolution.
