** Co sees challenging trading environment in H2 and sees FY
profit before tax similar to 2.3 mln pounds ($2.9 mln) in 2023
** Sees macroeconomic uncertainty due to inflationary
pressures and consumer demand
** Says revenue of 23.2 mln pounds in first quarter to June
30, 2023, 15% decrease from last year
** As of last close, stock down 26.5% YTD
