** Shares of Switzerland-based diagnostics company Quotient
Ltd  QTNT.O  down 38.7% at $0.42 in premarket trading
    ** QTNT on Monday announced intent to voluntary delist from
the Nasdaq Global Market  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX18Vsq6
    ** Co expects that as a result of this delisting, the last
trading day of its shares will be on or about Jan 6
    ** As of last close, stock down ~99% this year
