("MODE" or the "Group")

CVA Approved for subsidiary

The company announces that Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") proposals
made by it's wholly owned operating subsidiary Mode Global Limited, were
approved with modifications, unanimously at meetings of creditors and members.

Successful completion of the CVA depends on the winding down of the Group's
trading operations, which continues to plan. Customer operations have already
ceased with the cessation of the remaining infrastructure and business
operations to be completed in due course.

The Board will continue to look for ways to extract value from the Group in
the future and to rebuild operations.
