** India's R R Kabel  RRKA.NS  falls ~3% to 1,748.45 rupees,
set to snap three-session gaining streak 
    ** Co, which makes wires, cables and electrical appliances,
reported lower Q1 profit hurt by costs 
    ** Co, on an average, rated "strong buy" vs "buy" on peers
