Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, 1 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS on 8 June 2021 at 2:00 p.m (BST). 

Due to the ongoing impact of and uncertainty caused by COVID-19 and related guidelines issued by the UK Government, the Company advises that shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy in advance of the meeting to ensure that their votes are registered.

Given these restrictions on attendance, shareholders are invited to send in any questions prior to the Annual General Meeting to investors@raints.com by no later than 28 May 2021. Responses to questions will be posted subsequently to the Company's website.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have now been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website at: www.raints.com.
