FCA moratorium on publication of financial statements
RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a leading provider of services to remote locations in Africa and the Middle East, announces today that it will be complying with the recommendation from the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") that all listed companies delay the publication of financial results for at least two weeks.  
This request by the FCA was a market-wide communication as a precautionary mechanism to assist audit sign-off processes amidst the Coronavirus pandemic. A link to the FCA's announcement is below:

In line with previous guidance, the Company expects to be slightly ahead of full year revenue expectations, with profitability broadly in line with expectations.
RA International's FY 2019 Results are now expected to be announced in accordance with further guidance from the FCA.
