Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 
 
RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a leading provider of services to remote locations in Africa and the Middle East, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Dentons, 1 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS on Tuesday, 30 June 2020 at 2:00 p.m.   
Due to the impact of COVID-19 and the restrictions imposed by the UK Government, which include the banning of non-essential travel and gatherings of more than two people, the Company would like to advise shareholders that the AGM will be held as a closed meeting.
Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy in advance of the meeting to ensure that their votes are registered. 
Shareholders are able to send in any questions prior to the AGM to rainternational@hudsonsandler.com. Following the AGM a presentation will be  made available on the Company's website, which will include responses to relevant questions. 
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have now been posted to shareholders. 
Copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at: www.raints.com or by request on the below details.
