RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, has been notified by Sangita Shah, Non-Executive Chair, that on 6 April 2021, Odyssean Enterprises Limited, a company of which Ms Shah is a shareholder and director, purchased 108,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 46 pence per Ordinary Share.  
Following these purchases, Ms Shah is beneficially interested in 151,483 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
