Variation to Employee Share Scheme
 
RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, announces a variation to the RA International Group PLC Share Option Scheme (the "Plan"). Under the original terms of the Plan established on 29 June 2018, Andrew Bolter and Trevor Stratford were granted 1,304,347 and 760,869 performance options respectively with a performance measurement date of 29 June 2021. The Remuneration Committee has resolved to vary the performance measurement date to 29 June 2022. In considering the variation to the Plan, the Remuneration Committee recognised the exceptional circumstances of the past year as a result of the global coronavirus pandemic, which made the variation a fairer period of time to measure performance.
